The supplement tins are reusable but to transport the product safely, we put them in sealed sachets. If you lift up the tray in your box, you should find your product underneath.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All purchases are considered a pre-order. Please expect 3-4 weeks processing time before your order ships. Typically all orders ship within 24-48 hours when ordered Monday - Friday. If you place an order over the weekend, it will ship within the next

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes we do! We very recently started shipping to Canada. All of the mushrooms in our products are 100% legal. Our products contain functional mushrooms, which have been used for hundreds of years due to their medicinal properties and superfood benefit

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship First Person to the United States and Canada. We're hoping to change that in the future, but no exact timeline just yet.

What payment options do you take?

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept PayPal.

Our products may possibly be available for FSA and HSA reimbursement depending on your plan. We recommend checking with your benefits administrator for further guidance on eligibility of our products, as they may require a letter of medical necessity

Which shipping couriers do you use?
