How do I update my credit card?Updated a year ago
First, you will want to login to your account.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to select the option to manage your subscription.
Next, you will want to select the "Payment methods" tab from the top menu bar.
From this section, you will be able to see the subscription and billing address that are associated with that credit card.
Select the option to "Edit". You will then need to select the button to "Send update email". This update email will give you the access to change the credit card we have on file. (The email should be sent right away. Make sure to check your spam folder as well just in case).
If your payment is set up through ShopPay, you can send yourself an update email and update your payment in the Shop app accordingly.
