How do I cancel my subscription?Updated 9 months ago

(Please note that any changes or cancellations must be finalized at least 24 hours prior to a new order processing. Orders that are already in process cannot be changed or cancelled). 

First, you will want to login to your account. 
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to select the option to manage your subscription.


Next, you will want to select the "Subscriptions" tab from the top menu bar.

Select the product you would like to cancel. Each product will need to be cancelled individually (if needed). 
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the option to "Cancel subscription". 

From the popup, you will now be given the option to either pause your subscription or cancel your subscription.

Next, select "Cancel". Our system will then ask for feedback regarding the reason for cancellation.

This will help allow us to make improvements to the subscription and give a better view of your perspective as the customer. These are voluntary but you must click through the prompts in order to finalize your cancellation.


Please remember that each supplement in your subscription will need to be canceled if you are wanting to cancel the subscription in its entirety.

Any changes, including cancellation to your subscription must be finalized at least 24 hours prior to a new order shipping. Orders that are already in process cannot be cancelled.
