As we sure you could imagine, divulging our exact percentages for each ingredient is our “secret sauce,” so unfortunately, it is not something we can share. 

That said, you should know that our founders worked with world-class scientists and formulators to leverage the right combination of mushrooms and nutraceuticals that would be the most effective in targeting each neurotransmitter, in the case of our supplements and the most effective in promoting the body's natural production of BDNF (brain derived neurotrophic factor) in the case of our Crystallized Lion's Mane powder.
